1. What we collect

When you use S4-1NT, we process only the data needed to provide the bot's features:

• Discord identifiers — your user and guild IDs, used to scope commands, sign-ups, attendance, and permissions.
• Event, sign-up, giveaway, and reminder records you or your server create through the bot.
• Google Calendar data (if you connect a calendar) — calendar and event metadata needed to sync events, scoped to the calendar.events permission.

We do not collect message content, private messages, or any data beyond what is required for the features above.

2. How we use it

Data is used solely to operate the bot: scheduling, announcements, sign-ups, giveaways, attendance tracking, and two-way calendar sync. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

3. Where it's stored

Data is stored on managed infrastructure (PostgreSQL). Google OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or until you remove it.

4. Your choices

You can disconnect the Google Calendar and delete events/sign-ups through the bot. Discord data can be removed by removing the bot from your server. You may contact the operator to request access to or deletion of your data.
